We recently stayed at the Hotel Kursaal in a four-person room with our two young children and were thoroughly impressed. The staff are utterly charming and go out of their way to be helpful and our children were made to feel very welcome, as were we. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and a great size for a family of four - children slept in bunk beds (cleverly converted from a sofa) with the main bedroom separated by an arch. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and the children could run around happily on the grass outside between courses while we enjoyed a lovely meal. The swimming pool is big and clean and the water slide into the children's pool was a great success. The location by the lake is absolutely stunning and very convenient for trips into the town. All in all, a most enjoyable experience and we will certainly be returning.

Hello and good day! I just wanted to take a moment and follow-up from a stay that I had May 26 to May 29, 2012. I was in a rough state of confusion upon arrival and a lovely young lady came to pick me up at the train station (what is her name?). She was very genuine and had amazing customer service skills, I felt very welcome. Also, Bruno was very helpful too since I knew only a couple of phrases in Italian. I came to stay at Kursaal for my friend\'s wedding but I hope to one day return as it was one of the best stays ever. Bruno and the team really made our trip to Italy! When we have forgotten everything else, it will be the dedicated service and delicious food that we will remember. | ||

siamo appena rientrati da una breve vacanza in Umbria e dobbiamo confermare l'ottimo soggiorno presso il Kursaal di Passignano, posto strategico per visitare splendidi borghi. Ambiente ben curato. discreto e sia il proprietario Bruno che lo staff ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. La camera ben arredata e pulita con bella veduta sul lago. L'area adibita a campeggio non disturba affatto. Il cibo buono e vario, Il personale come già detto gentile, disponibile. Insomma da parte nostra un grazie a Bruno ed a tutti i soui collaboratori in particolare un grazie a Sharon ed alla dolcissima Adeline. Ritorneremo presto!! | ||
